LEAD is not about only theory, attending leaders develop a vision and road-map for their personal and work unit’s effectiveness. Leaders will leave LEAD with deeper insight into themselves as a leader, what others need from them and how they can best prepare themselves and their work-unit for the future. Insights and explicit plans for improvement emerge from these three focus areas: Work Unit Culture Change & Improvement, Transformation Leadership & Transactional Management and Enhancing Personal Effectiveness.
