Who
Should Attend
Companies send to LEAD their identified high potentials, managers who
are on the succession plan, managers who manage other manages and/or project
managers. One of the driving forces in LEAD is work unit transformation
and performance improvement. Therefore, LEAD is best suited for managers
who have responsibility for a work unit sales region, plant, department,
shift, work group, operation, project, business, etc. where they
can make change. Our goal is to help them make their work units more productive
and better places in which to work. We believe that small changes in their
behavior can lead to big changes in performance.
LEAD has helped high potentials who are doing well do better. It has also
proven itself to be effective at helping managers improve who have high
potential and who, however, are not doing as well as they could be.
