Transfer
& Cancellation Policy
Being in the business of leading and managing change we know that things
change. At times, because of some change in a participants work
or home life, he or she is not able to to attend a session for which they
registered. We like to work with our clients to accomodate these events
in the following ways:
| Transfers
& Substitutions |
We can reschedule
a person for a session at a later date. This can be done without penalty
if we are notified of the transfer to another session at least two
weeks before the scheduled program. A $500 rescheduling fee will be
assessed if the notification for transfer does not take place two
weeks prior to the scheduled session.
If a person registered can not attend, a qualified subsititute person
may take his/her place without penalty as long as we are notified
of this at least two weeks in advance of the scheduled program and
the subsititute person is able to get all required pre-course material
into us before the session starts. A $500 scheduling fee will be assessed
if the notification of the substitute does not take place two weeks
prior to the scheduled session. |

& Refunds |
| Cancellations
must be submitted in writting and will be assessed as follows: at
least 21 days before the program, a full refund; 14 - 20 days before
the program, a 50% refund; fewer than 14 days before the program,
no refund. |
