| • | Learn the advantages of collecting additional support data and relating it to charted characteristics. | |
| • | Find potential key input variables that could benefit the output by being controlled. | |
| Methodology |
| This conceptually-based course makes liberal use of real life exercises, examples and workshops. Also provided are worksheets so that participants do not have to memorize mechanical statistical computations, allowing further emphasis on understanding of underlying conceptual issues related to process control. Course durations of less than four days may require a tailoring of objectives. |
