This seminar provides an overview of the Six Sigma methodology,
the critical factors affecting Six Sigma program success and failure
and key considerations for those considering a Six Sigma program. |

seminar is primarily interactive lecture and discussion based. Liberal
amounts of time isallotted for organization specific Q&A so
that participants can gain knowledge of specific issues that could
affect their organization. Course durations of less than two days
may require a tailoring of objectives. |
