Recognition this is a positive, uplifting developmental experience
that helps employees at all levels reacquaint themselves fundamentals
of working well with everyone. It drives home the point that mutual
respect for and between everyone is essential for creating a productive
and satisfying work place. It also promotes the practice of praising
and recognizing people when they do their jobs well as fundamental,
certainly more effective then dwelling on the negative. |

in factory environments. It has also been conducted for professional,
technical staff in engineering based organizations. Respect &
Recognition as a sensing or diagnostic process to detemine what
