| Purpose |
Personal
Style is the bottom-line determinant of how effective a person will
be as a manager, leader and team player. Ones style determines
how a person perceives the world, other people and how they act or
react. Personal style can either be a constraint limiting a persons
future or an asset opening up many new opportunities.
The primary goal of Personal Style: Assessment, Insight & Personal
Change is to help participants understand their style well enough
to change how they behave so as to bring the best out of others. |

| Methodology |
Personal Style:
Assessment, Insight & Behavior Change is a highly active and interactive
learning experience. Participants use the report and assessment on
their personal style to create behavior change plans in order to have
a positive impact on people. Participants understand the range of
styles available through learning simulations and small group discussions
with others who are similar and different.
This choice of personal style assessment tools used in this process
are either the Personal Profile System, Meyers-Briggs or Stylo.

Style has been offered as a stand alone general education, personal
development program and for intact work teams as a part of a team
building experience. It can be linked to the Transforming Organizational
Culture program to determine how individuals will have to change
in order to transform the culture. Personal Style has also been
included in numerous corporate and university based executive education
programs. |
