| Purpose |
| Personal leaders
are those who want to be in charge in order to make a positive difference
and are willing to be accountable for their actions. Personal leaders
have strong core values as well as the courage of their convictions.
This inner strength is liberating and gives them the confidence to
lead others. Once individuals embrace personal leadership, they can
become leaders one willing to put the needs of others first
in order to make things better for the organizations, its people,
and themselves. |

| Methodology |
| Personal
leadership combines short presentations on key leadership attributes
with interactive exercises. Participants will assess their individual
leadership abilities. All participants will develop a personal action
plan for strengthening their leadership skills. |
