Creativity and Innovation in the Workplace

Purpose
Flexibility and adaptability are essential for successful organizations and individuals. "If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got."

Creativity is increased by acknowledging that it exists and by nurturing it. This highly interactive workshop demonstrates a variety of tools and how you can use them to enhance creativity and innovation in yourself and your organization. The main thing that hinders creative thinking is our belief that we are not creative. This workshop will help you unlock your creative side to find new ways and different answers.

Methodology
The participants will be actively involved in their training. Sessions are highly interactive and application based. There will be presentation of models and discussions around how to apply them when they go back to work. There will also be activities to reinforce the concepts.
