We can reschedule a person for a session at a later date. This can be done without penalty if we are notified of the transfer to another session at least 14 days before the scheduled program. A $300 rescheduling fee will be assessed if the notification for transfer does not take place 14 days prior to the scheduled session.

If a person registered cannot attend, a qualified subsititute person may take his/her place without penalty as long as we are notified of this at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled program and the subsititute person is able to get all required pre-course material into us before the session starts.

Cancellations must be submitted at least 14 days before the program for a full refund. Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before the program will receive no refund.
