They consistently rate it as one of the best developmental experiences they have ever had. Some of the benefits and learnings managers derive from participating in LEAD are as follows:
Participants come to understand that in order to bring the best out in others, they often need to start the change process with themselves.
Participants in LEAD assess the strengths and weaknesses of their work units' current cultures.
