Andrea Derler
For thirteen years Andrea has gained business experience by working in small, medium sized and corporate businesses in Europe before she started to work as Business Trainer and Coach. Her focus is Leadership development and Sales performance, specifically ethical leadership and positive sales, and she aims at working with young entrepreneurs, junior managers and women.
At the moment she is undertaking her PhD studies in Leadership and Organizational Change. In her practice-oriented research she works on the topic of Authentic Leadership and Attribution Theory; the goal is to develop a coaching approach that helps leaders to improve the relationship with their teams by discovering and balancing their own principles with their organization’s objectives.
Andrea was previously based in the United Kingdom, where she worked as an executive for a leading British bank, subsequent to her employment at a major American corporation. During her working years she earned two Masters degrees, one in Leadership Studies (Thierry Graduate School of Leadership, Belgium) and one in Philosophy (Karl-Franzens University, Austria).
