| Methodology |
| Participants engage in discussions, small group exercises, and simulations to fine-tune and systematize their problem-solving strategies. Participants are provided with work sheets and checklists to facilitate the application of skills to work situations. A manual is provided that includes notes, exercises, and references. Post-conference follow-up is included and is encouraged via telephone or e-mail. |
