| Purpose |
| Outcome-oriented businesses need leaders skilled at decision-making. Decision-making styles are neither good nor bad. The effectiveness of any decision-making style depends on the situation in which it is used. Performance is enhanced by integrating styles or by finding the style that works best in particular situations or by being able to move consciously from one decision-making style to another. This seminar is designed to help attain peak performance through the understanding of one’s own and another’s decision-making style. |

| Methodology |
| Participants engage in self-analysis, small group discussions, written exercises, and simulations to employ a variety of decision-making styles. Participants develop a plan to initiate or enhance decision-making styles that facilitates peak performance. A manual is provided that includes notes, exercises, and references. Post-conference follow-up is included and is encouraged via telephone or e-mail. |
