Conflict Management for Peak Performance
| Purpose |
| High performing companies realize the critical role of conflict management to achieve peak performance. Conflicts are bound to happen. The greater the number of conflicts, the less time and energy leaders have to focus on performance and productivity. This program teaches participants how to manage and resolve conflicts and prevent them from escalating into crises. Participants learn how to set the stage for collaboration, make new beginnings, and use conflict as a catalyst for peak performance. |

| Methodology |
| Participants engage in active learning through discussions, and simulations. Small group exercises provide practice of positive communication, coping, and negotiation skills. Participants are provided with work sheets and checklists to facilitate the application of skills to individual work situations. A manual is provided that includes notes, exercises, and references. Post-conference follow-up is included and is encouraged via telephone or e-mail. |
