Comprehensive Approach
The session begins before the participants arrive at the conference facility
and, with post session follow-up, extends beyond the close of the program
week on Friday. These are some of the features that make LEAD a comprehensive
program for improvement:
| |
Prior
to LEAD, participants and their supervisors are interviewed to get
an understanding of the participants needs and goals. |
| |
|
| |
The LEAD faculty are involved in the program with the participants
for the entire week. The 1:4 faculty/participant ratio enables us
to provide personalized counseling and guidance every day before,
during and after each class day. |
| |
|
| |
To
extend the personalized nature of LEAD even further, participants
are assigned to teams with two other participants from different industries.
Members in these consulting trios meet a couple of times a day to
share insights, best practices and suggestions for improvement with
each other. |
| |
|
| |
LEAD
uses an assessment and data driven change process. As the week progresses
participants get 360° feedback on their effectiveness as transformational
leaders and transaction managers. The faculty and consulting trios
ensure it is understood an acted upon. |
| |
|
| |
Nothing
can be so meaningful as constructive feedback and praise from respected
peers. As the week comes to a close participants in the class get
face-to-face, constructive improvement feedback from everyone in the
class. |
| |
|
| |
LEAD
does not end after the week long program comes to a close. The faculty
are scheduled to maintain personal contact with participants and their
supervisors to help ensure what was learned and developed is used
on-the-job. |

"It
is one of the best courses I attended where you received one-on-one interaction
with the faculty who provided analysis of your leadership style and work
culture."
"It
was unbelievable how on mark this program was. I almost felt it was done
just for me."
"A
very responsible and friendly staff and faculty."
"Although
the course material and process was very good, the opportunity to interface
with managers from other locations was the aspect that I found most helpful."
