360°
Survey Information
A key leadership
competency is self-awareness. To help you develop this, a major portion
of LEAD is devoted to an expert debriefing of your 360° feedback.
The LEAD Institute's 360° feedback process provides a constructive,
applied view of your management and leadership strengths and weaknesses.
You receive objective and confidential information on how associates,
peers, those that report to you, and your boss/bosses perceive you. Through
this feedback, you will gain keener insight into the implications of your
behavior.
Your comprehensive, computer generated 360° reports are produced in
house by The LEAD Institute. Easy to read with color coded graphs and
data, they provide the basis for setting development goals and determining
ways to achieve and track them.
Your 360° feedback at LEAD simply and succinctly reports how you are
coming across to others. The LEAD Institute Faculty works closely with
you to analyze your data, determine what it means, and identify what you
have to do differently to be more successful.
Some of the invaluable benefits of this feedback process are:
| |
Greater
self-understanding |
| |
Improved
ability to work with a team |
| |
Knowledge
of the impact your behavior has on others |
| |
Stronger
interpersonal skills |
| |
Fresh
perspective on opportunities or improvement |
The LEAD Institute
Leadership and Management Survey and 360° process has benefited thousands
of managers since its creation in 1996. The survey is also available for
post session retesting to track your progress after your return to work.

"I
thought the most interesting thing was the personal profile information.
The most helpful thing was the 360° feedback. The two coupled together
will be very useful in my personal and work group improvement."

"LEAD
has been a far superior course in every sense -- the content, the presenters
and the way it was managed. Very comprehensive."
